This was a novella – a short and steamy read. I did the backward thing where I read Book 2: Ruan’s Beach Getaway before reading Book 1. I have to say – this did not disappoint. Sure, it’s mostly smut – but that’s precisely the point. You have two people whose relationship has been primarily virtual, now coming together in person for the first time. Sebastian has an older woman fetish (or is it a MILF fetish?), and Ruan…well, let’s just say as someone who writes erotic romance, she needs to act out those fantasies.

Acting those out is exactly what they do.

Like before, I loved diving into the beginnings of Ruan & Sebastian’s story. It’s short, so it’s a read until you finish it. They don’t spend too long dwelling on their age gap in this one, instead choosing to explore each other’s bodies for the three short days they have together.
