Steamy Novella, guaranteed HEA

This was a quick, steamy novella. This one was my second favorite book in the Naughty Neighbors series. It is an example of the Cheating Trope done well. From the beginning, we know where both characters stand. It was cheating, but not really, since Zeke was already planning on breaking things off with Diane. This was the longest slow burn I’ve seen in a novella. When these two finally gave in to their attraction to each other, the spicy scenes were off the charts.

I enjoyed this one far better than I did Book 1 in the Naughty Neighbors series. Same with Book 3. It almost seemed like Book 1 did not belong with Book 2 & 3. I kept wishing, why didn’t that one do this? And why didn’t the author keep this theme throughout?
