Another 5-star read from Ms. Thompson! Anna and Hudson’s love story was beautiful. This was a very angsty and emotional read, with a satisfying HEA! It has everything I expect in Mary E Thompson’s books, and she keeps me coming back for more.
On the one hand, we have Anna – a woman for whom life has dealt one bad hand after the other. It’s understandable that she’s a little short on the whole trust thing. Then you have Hudson, a widower who’s already had his great love story and isn’t looking to get back into the dating scene. But, as we all know, the series is called Book Boyfriends Wanted; and friends don’t let friends stay single.
